Accounts of Yahzitere: Chapter Two

(1) And it came to pass that Prophet Yahmarabhi Ha Meshiyach settled at Abonema town as prophesied of him. His mysterious ways of doing things bursted fully in the town. (2) Signs, miracles and wonders trail any of his actions. He formally formed the Assembly on first day of Abib (April)  1960 with many members. (3) At that time, the Assembly was a Christian fold which holds rest on Sabbath days but members are advice to go to church on Sundays if they wish. (4) The first wide known miracle was the healing of the first son of Prophet Yahmarabhi by name Monibor. When they arrived at Abonnema, the first wife conceived and delivered a baby boy named Monibor. (5) But the boy has a serious problem on his novel. The novel was open and as one peeps through the novel, he will see the intestine of the boy. (6) But Prophet Yahmarabhi took up the healing of the boy with olive oil and prayers and the novel covered up and the boy became well. When the people saw the healing, the whole town shook for what Yahweh has done through Prophet Yahmarabhi Ha Meshiyach. The healing became one of the great wonders in Abonema town. And it came to pass that the sister of L.D Braide has a strange spirit that use to posses her from time to time. That spirit made her to be serving the family shrine. Every effort has been made to release this girl from this problem but without success. (7) But when Prophet Yahmarabhi entered Abonnema, he encountered the possessing spirit and cast it away from the girl and she returned to normalcy. So even when the drum of the deity is been beaten, she could no more dance like she used to do. (8) So people marveled over that wonders from Prophet Yahmarabhi and people started to wonder of the source of Prophet Yahmarabhi, his power to do things that all known spiritualists could not achieve. (9) Again one of the neighbour's of Prophet Yahmarabhi lost her daughter whose name was Sinudaba.  The whole compound was sorrowful for the death of the small girl (10) Behold one of the sons of the neighbour went upstairs to inform Prophet Yahmarabhi of the death of his sister. (11) The Prophet comforted the boy but the boy came up the second time beckoning on Prophet Yahmarabhi to come and raise the dead girl. The Prophet didn't follow him immediately, he ran up for the third time and the Prophet was moved by the faith of the boy. (12) Then he dressed up with some members of the Assembly who were with him at that moment and went downstairs where people have covered the whole compound and were mourning. Then the Prophet went inside the room where they kept the dead girl and directed all to go out of the room except the parents of the dead girl. (13) Then the Prophet laid on top of the dead girl and blew breath into the nostril of the dead girl who responded by sneezing immediately. (14) As Prophet prayed along, the girl opened her eyes and woke to life. The people who saw what happened marveled over the miracle and the whole compound and the entire town was full of happiness over what they saw. Then people started to ask which manner of man is this that even raises a dead person to life. The Prophet And Biafran Soldiers: (15) The Assembly was decorated with miracle galore. And the fold was increasing daily because of the popularity of Prophet Yahmarabhi Ha Meshiyach. All manner of sicknesses were treated by Yahweh through Most Senior Prophet Yahmarabhi Ha Meshiyach. (16) And behold, there arose rebellion by Easterners of Nigeria, who secceded and formed a nation called Biafra. The cessations brought full war between Nigerian soldiers or government with the Biafran soldiers. At the inception of the rebellion, Abonnema town fell into the territory of Biafra. (17) So the Biafran soldiers occupied the Abonnema as well as all riverine territories towards the upland known as Rivers State presently. The Biafran soldier's occupation was so fierce to the people of Rivers people. (18) Behold one day, when Prophet Yahmarabhi Ha Meshiyach was in the Assembly commemorating new year day with his followers, there came upon them some Biafran soldiers who asked immediately after the leader of the Assembly. Thus Prophet Yahmarabhi stood up and identified himself as the leader of the fold. (19) The soldiers commanded him to come out of the Assembly. They arrested him and marched him down to Mbikiri waterside. On seeing what happened to their master, the male disciples vow to accompany their master to anywhere the soldiers were marching him to. (20) Behold as the men were still discussing, the soldiers came back and ordered all men to proceed outside. They were equally marched to Mbikiri waterside. (21) Behold when the men arrived at the waterside, they saw their master Prophet Yahmarabhi sitting on the bare floor and surrounded by some soldiers and the men joined him to sit on the ground. The soldiers firstly crossed Prophet Yahmarabhi with four of his members to Degema town before they came back with their boat to carry all other members to the same Degema town (22) Immediately they arrived at Degema prison yard, the bright day light started changing or dimming down. Within the next five minutes, the whole place was covered with darkness that no body sees each other even next to him. (23) What happened surprised the commander of the soldiers whose name was Colonel Ochei who ran outside his office and saw the crowd of men or members in the premises. He started shouting on his soldiers over who ordered them to go to Abonnema and arrest the Assembly men. (24) He issued command immediately that the men should be sent back to Abonnema, which the soldiers carried out immediately. He then instructed Prophet Yahmarabhi to go but should be reporting daily to the barrack to clear the allegation against him and his members for praying openly for Nigerian army to defeat Biafra in the war. (25) As members were crossed back to Abonnema and as they arrived at a place known as Doctor's farm, the whole atmosphere cleared (26) As the Prophet and his male members were taken away by soldiers, the female members declared immediate fasting and prayer among themselves to enable Yahweh to release the whole members (27) So as the men marched back to the Assembly, there were great joy amongst members over what Yahweh have done to the members. All the churches in Abonnema closed because of the war with exception of Prophet Yahmarabhi led Assembly. CONVERSION OF MOST CHOSEN  MIKIYAH IDONIBOYE-OBU: (28) As the Biafran occupation continued at Abonnema, many atrocities were committed against the people because of lack of co-operation from the people. Behold one day, Biafran soldiers arrested seven sons of Kalabari land at Abonnema and father Mikiyah Idoniboye-Obu included. All the arrested men were non members of the Assembly and all other churches in Abonnema town have closed except Prophet's Assembly. (29) No person, persons or even church came out boldly to claim those men because the allegation on them were severe and will bear firing squad if they were found guilty (30) And it came to pass that Prophet Yahmarabhi Ha Meshiyach came out boldly to claim those men as his members before the soldiers or their captors. The men were charged for saboteuring the government of Biafra by giving out information to Nigerian Nation as well as international community. (31) To prosecute the case, a certain tough Biafran police officer of Ibo origin was posted to Degema to investigate the matter thoroughly. He was to assume office as the Divisional Police officer in Degema Police Station while the former Divisional Police Officer was withdrawn. (32) But the police officer had a chronic cough sickness which resurfaced immediately he arrived at his duty post at Degema. The sickness took severe stage that he could not even move talk less of performing the work he came to do (33) At this point, the Police Officer heard that there was a Prophet at Abonnema who can cure him of the disease without him spending money (34) Behold, the Police Officer came down to Abonnema with his order and saw Prophet Yahmarabhi Ha Meshiyach. After narrating about his sickness to Prophet, he told him to go and buy a bottle of olive oil and two pieces of handkerchiefs which the officer sent his orderly to go to market to buy immediately. (35) Then Prophet Yahmarabhi prayed for the sick officer and blessed the olive oil and the handkerchiefs and directed the sick officer to come back in two days time to render report over the sickness. On the two days time, the officer came back and reported that the sickness has been cured. His mouth was full of joy for what Yahweh did through Prophet Yahmarabhi Ha Meshiyach unto him. (36) The officer then asked the Prophet on how much he was to pay for the treatment, but the Prophet told him that he need no amount of money from him but he had a request to make from him (37) And the police officer was happy and said that he is ready to help the prophet in any request he make as far as it is in his capacity. Then the prophet told him that the seven men held in his station are all members of his Assembly and that he will like the officer to help to release them for the prophet. (38) The officer was confused because according to him, it was because of those seven men that made the Biafran Police Headquarters to sent him to Degema Station to judge them and possibly to kill all of them. The police officer cooperated and promised that he will cooperate with Prophet to see the matter settled amicably. (39) So the friendship between Prophet Yahmarabhi and the police officer became deep that the officer comes almost daily to see Prophet and equally was calming the case (40) The case was taken to court and after four times adjournment, the prophet told the police officer to prepare to send his wife and children back home  because  the  time  for Nigeria  soldiers  to  invade  Degema  was approaching. The officer equally cooperated. So as the police officer reported to Prophet Yahmarabhi on a fateful day, he was instructed to move out of Degema before midnight through Agada town (41) The officer accepted and left through Agada. Behold early in the morning, the Nigeria Soldiers entered into Degema and Abonnema and killed all Biafran soldiers and policemen. (42) After the fall of Biafran soldiers at Abonema, the case ended and the seven men were released by Nigerian soldiers. For this reason, Most Chosen Mikiyah Idoniboye-obu and Gbasane Sinadas were converted to become members of the Assembly. The Assembly Under the War: (43) Truly, there was fierce war between the Nigerian and Biafran soldiers, but the Assembly was never interrupted or were there any casualty on members or even their immediate families. The Assembly were booming because all other churches in town have all closed remaining the Assembly led by Prophet Yahmarabhi Ha Meshiyach. So many people ran into the Assembly for protection because of what they use to hear daily about miracles, signs and wonders in the Assembly (44) One of the terrible things happened on the day the Nigerian soldiers bombed the Abonnema market. While the market was full of people, many people died by the sporadic bombings. Almost every family in Abonnema lost someone to the bombings except the followers of Prophet Yahmarabhi Ha Meshiyach (45) No member of the Assembly died or lost his too close relations like mother, father or children. And on that day, a certain boy who was a member of the Assembly went to the market with his mother. When the bombing started, he ran away from the mother and fell and some other men fell on top of him and bullets killed those men who fell on top of the boy and the boy cannot rise until when the rescue team came and removed the bodies of those who covered the boy. To their surprise, the boy jumped up and ran down to the apartment of Prophet Yahmarabhi to narrate what happened. Prophet Yahmarabhi held him and prayed for him before the boy went back to his home. (46) When the mother heard of what happened, she was amazed and declared for Yahweh and took baptism. Conversion of Early Disciples: (47) Behold the Assembly increased in membership, then the prophet arranged them in grades, some were Reverends, Evangelists, Bishops and Grand Teachers or Masters. One of the early miracles was on the Most Assistant Meshiyach Uriah Braide. He was born a stark stammerer. Before he makes sentence, he will be stamping his legs on the ground and his parents handed him to Prophet Yahmarabhi. (48) The Prophet took Most Uriah Braide with joy and told his parents that with Yahweh, the boy will stop stammering. Behold, the prophet gave him a week preaching on evening fellowships, which he complied with and truly the stammering left him and he started speaking properly. (49) And his parents marveled over the healing of their son and wanted to take him back from Prophet Yahmarabhi and he rejected the request and took Most Uriah Braide as one of his spiritual children. Consequences of Disobedience: (50) Behold chosen Mikiyah Idoniye-obu developed cold feet in the Assembly and broke away from the Prophet. Hence his life was filled with problems. Firstly, he was reduced from the office of Headmaster to an ordinary classroom teacher in the primary school where he worked (51) Shortly, he was suspended from school with some leveled allegations against him. Then he ran back to the Prophet and confessed his sins and Prophet received him back and gave him seven days fasting to do. Father Mikiyah complied with the seven days fasting and went to Prophet to close the fasting for him. Then the Prophet prayed for him (52) Prophet Yahmarabhi assured him that he would be recalled back with promotions and such happen in a short while. Chosen Mikiyah received a letter from Divisional Headquarters reinstating him to the post of Headmaster and a month latter, another letter was forwarded to him from the same Divisional Headquarters Degema, that he has been promoted to be a class teacher in secondary school (53) He was then absorbed to teach at Kalabari National College, the post he held till his retirement. (54) Again it came to pass that one of his confidential disciples by name Most Assistant Meshiyach Uriah Braide received an information that his wife delivered a new born baby and he told the prophet who warned him not to travel because there was danger ahead. The disciple ignored the warning and smuggled out of the Assembly and entered boat towards home. On his way, the boat capsized and he was about to drawn in the river. (55) When he recollected that he had offended the prophet, he then confessed in his heart and someone came and rescued him out of the river. So when he came back to the Assembly, the Prophet suspended him for six months and he complied after which he confessed his sins before members and was taken back as a member. (56) Behold, it came to pass that Prophet Yahmarabhi during the cause of his teaching warned members in the Assembly to desist from carnal friendships but adviced them to instead undergo appropriate marriage activities (57) He warned that any brother and sister who undergoes illegal carnal knowledge from hence must dance serious music that will lead them to public confession as the only remedy. (58) After hearing the order, two members violated the order of Prophet and had carnal knowledge with each other and the disobedience resulted to a serious problem to both of them. Their private parts swole up and they could not pass urine. After suffering such ordeal for a while, they came to the congregation and made public confession and they were prayed for and they became well. (59) With what happened, fear gripped many members and they became careful over the warnings of the Prophet.
